PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - A bus belonging to the YMCA of the Treasure Coast was set on fire late last week.
Police say someone entered through an emergency hatch on the vehicle's roof and ignited several magazines, pine branches and pine leaves.
Investigators found footprints on the hood of the bus which had been parked at 1301 Southwest Bayshore Boulevard.
The head of the YMCA said this was the second time someone tried to set the bus on fire and the third time a bus had been vandalized.
On October 18th someone set fire to a YMCA bus and damaged a seat. The fuel tank on a separate bus was also tampered with.
Police do not have any suspects.
