Two Port St. Lucie men charged with sexual battery on 17-year-old

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Two 39-year-old men each face charges after being accused of inappropriately touching a 17-year-old boy and providing him with cigarettes and alcohol, according to arrest affidavits released Monday.

Carl Dolan and Brian A. Fuller, both of Port St. Lucie, were arrested at 3:30 a.m. Monday on sexual battery and contributing to child delinquency or dependency charges following the incidents.

The victim told police that Dolan and Fuller took him on about three trips to Orlando. He said during one trip he’d had about three rum drinks and Fuller performed a sex act on him.

Two to three weeks later, the victim was at Dolan and Fuller’s home in Port St. Lucie, the address of which was not listed in arrest affidavits, imbibing rum drinks. The victim said Dolan and Fuller then engaged in a sexual encounter with him for about five minutes.

The victim also said that on other occasions Dolan tried to touch him inappropriately while in bed.

Dolan denied involvement in any sexual encounters, mentioning that while in Orlando they met with friends. Dolan then requested an attorney. Fuller said the victim performed a sex act on him and that he performed a sex act on the victim.

Dolan and Fuller were arrested and taken to the St. Lucie County jail.
