42-year-old Feleshia Smith of Port St. Lucie will have plenty of money to buy gifts this holiday.
According to the Florida Lottery, Smith was a million-dollar winner in a BILLION DOLLAR BLOCKBUSTER scratch-off game.
The lottery says she took a lump-sum payment of $650,000.00.
Smith bought the ticket at Darwin Shell at 3401 S.W. Darwin Boulevard in Port St. Lucie.
The lottery department says Smith feels blessed and plans to use her winnings to pay off her home mortgage.
