MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. - The Martin County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 23-year-old Port St. Lucie man after he allegedly sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant Tuesday.

Richard “Ricky” Allen, who lives in the 900 block of Southwest Hamberland Avenue, was charged with sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to an arrest affidavit. He was released from the Martin County Jail today on $60,500 bond, according jail records.

The purchase was made behind a bar in the 700 block of Southeast Federal Highway in Stuart, according to the arrest affidavit.
