PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — Randell Wayne Wilken, 56, was charged with felony lewd or lascivious exhibition Saturday morning after a resident in the 1500 block of Southeast Royal Green Circle told city police he saw a naked man standing outside the window of his son's room.

The man told police he pulled open the blinds in that room, then gave chase on foot before the suspect got away.

Wilken, of the 1900 block of Southeast Ancora Court, was later tracked by K-9 to a driveway in the 1900 block of Hagwood Court. According to the arrest report, Wilken told police he had left his clothing behind a newspaper stand near the apartment complex where the complainant lived and clothing was found in that spot.

Wilken also was charged with felony attempted lewd or lascivious exhibition and misdemeanor exposure of sexual organs.

He was lodged in the St. Lucie County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
