A Port St. Lucie man was being held Friday at the St. Lucie County on $7,500 bond after he allegedly downloaded child pornography from a peer-to-peer sharing network.
Julias Kadlecz, 69, was charged Thursday with possession of child pornography and electronic transmission of child pornography, according to an arrest affidavit.
Port St. Lucie police obtained a search warrant for Kadlecz’s home, in the 6900 block of Jorgensen Road Northwest, after noting that child porn files had been transmitted to his computer address Aug. 21, the affidavit said.
