PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - An apparent booze boosting bandit is accused of inserting a bottle of vodka in the rear of her shorts and two more vodka bottles in her pocket before leaving Three Olives Liquor in Port St. Lucie, according to a recently-released police report.

The Three Olives store manager told police Nov. 16 that about 8 p.m. a "heavy build (sic) female" weighing 180 to 220 pounds came in wearing a button down shirt and sweat shorts. The 42-year-old manager said the woman, who was about 20 to 30 years old, walked around for a few minutes and left.

Another woman, he said, shopped with the "heavy build (sic) female." She sported a "black bikini top" and "very short Jean shorts," and left with the "heavy build (sic) female."

Thinking something amiss, the manager started reviewing security video. That's when he spotted the "heavy build (sic) female" take three bottles of booze from the shelf. One went in the rear of her shorts, the others in her front pocket.

The alleged booze boosting bandit and the short shorts bikini woman left.

It's unclear whether the short shorts bikini woman acted as a distraction. The store manager described the ladies as "regulars."

The boosted booze was listed as single 750 ml bottles each of Skyy, McCormick and Smirnoff vodka. The total value was $42.57.
