FORT PIERCE, Fla. - One man was shot to death and another was wounded in a shooting Friday evening in the city of Fort Pierce.
The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of South 7 th Street, said Sgt. Dave Cuti, spokesman for city police.
Patrick Revenge died at the scene and Evan Edmonds was taken to a local hospital for treatment, Cuti said. There is no word on the extent of his injuries.
This is the third shooting in the Fort Pierce area tonight.
Earlier in the evening 21-year-old Donte Lanard Williams was shot near N. 43 rd Street and Grade Drive in suburban Fort Pierce.
Williams was found lying in the road with a single gunshot wound and taken to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center and Heart Institute, said Lt. Adam Goodner, spokesman for the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office.
