FORT PIERCE — A 14-year-old boy has been charged in a series of masked robberies, according to his affidavit.
The suspect, who lives on Avenue K in Fort Pierce, was charged with five counts of robbery with a deadly weapon while wearing a mask, attempted armed robbery, and possession of a weapon by a minor.
He was taken into custody by Fort Pierce police Tuesday and taken to the St. Lucie County Jail. He remained there Wednesday in lieu of $350,000 bail.
