OCEAN RIDGE, Fla. - Robert Bucchere has been arrested by Ocean Ridge police on charges that he took almost $62,000 from the Wellington Arms Condominium Association.
An arrest report issued by police says that officers from the condo association told investigators that Bucchere had taken money from them over the past several months and had admitted it to several association members.
Bucchere served as the property manager for the Wellington Arms Condo Association.
An audit of the association's funds showed that Bucchere had made six withdrawals from the association's fund, bringing the total loss to $61,9773.66 according to the arrest report.
Investigators say Bucchere told them that he took the money to cover his medical bills and for his personal use.
Police arrested Bucchere for the theft of the funds and he was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
