Delray Beach Police have arrested and charged a 30-year-old man with premeditated homicide following a late Friday shooting that killed one man and injured a juvenile, said agency spokeswoman Nicole Guerriero.

Officers booked Thomas Alan Taylor, of Delray Beach, in the Palm Beach County Jail Saturday night without bond.

It began around 11:30 p.m. Friday when police rolled up to a house in the 100 block of Southwest 13th Avenue. There, they found a dead man and a juvenile who had been shot in the leg.

Police later discovered there had been a fight between the juvenile and several other men earlier in the day, according to Guerriero.

Taylor allegedly drove to the house and shot the man and juvenile. Police then got a warrant, Guerriero said, and arrested Taylor late Saturday.
