DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Police released the name of the man shot and killed in Delray Beach Saturday afternoon.
Patrick Balam, 32, from Delray Beach was shot at Pompey Park shortly after 5 p.m., according to Officer Jeffrey Messer, spokesman for the Delray Beach Police Department.
The victim died from his injuries at Delray Medical Center a short time later, says Messer.
