Missing Delray Beach man found in Hollywood

— Police say they have found the 89-year-old man Delray Beach man who had been missing since Friday morning.

Irving Gottlieb, of Delray Beach, suffers from Alzheimer's disease, according to a statement issued Saturday by Delray Beach Police.

He left his home in the 4100 block of West Atlantic Avenue at about 10:07 a.m., police said. Police said he was found in Hollywood and has been returned safely to his home and his family.

Gottlieb, who does not have a cellphone, had last been seen in his 2007 four-door white Toyota Camry.

Police said Gottlieb has left the area before and was subsequently located in Melbourne.
