DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Delray Beach held its annual Italian Festival over the weekend of March 27 and 28. The event promoted Italian-American history and tradition.
Highlights of the festival included music and art along with an array of exhibits and of course, food.
The event even had people thinking for just a minute that they had crossed the atlantic.
The highlight of the festival was a 60-foot replica of Rome's famous Trevy fountain. The scaled-down version is only 15 feet shorter than the original.
The fountain was brought in from chicago, and was a definite crowd pleaser.
