Single vehicle crash on I-95 kills one, injures another

BOYNTON BEACH — A Davie man died Saturday afternoon in a crash on southbound Interstate 95 just south of Woolbright Road.

Daniel Cohen, 40, veered onto the shoulder of I-95 after his left rear tire blew out at about 2:30 p.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol. His 1987 Chevrolet Van overturned and Cohen was ejected.

He was transported to Delray Medical Center where he died, the highway patrol said.
