On Monday, Marcus Jerry, 21, was charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, two counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle and one count of discharging a firearm from a vehicle.
The charges are in connection with a Christmas Day drive-by shooting in Boynton Beach where James E. Williams and Kiara Andrews were both shot in their faces as they sat in a car in the 100 block of Northeast 17th Court.
Jerry has been in the Palm Beach County jail since December 27, when he was taken into custody on multiple violent charges that are unrelated to this case.
Both victims survived their life-threatening injuries but suffered serious permanent disfigurement.
