Local good Samaritan recognized by police for returning $1,800 found in ATM

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. -- The Boynton Beach Police Department recognized a local good Samaritan.
Adrianna Allen was recognized during an awards ceremony for helping return lost money to its rightful owner.
Last month Allen found $1,800 meant for deposit in an ATM and called police to report the lost cash.
Allen was honored alongside a number of police officers being recognized for various achievements within the department.
