BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - UPDATE FROM BOYNTON BEACH POLICE: Grady Austin Bell was located by Delray Beach Police earlier this morning in the 600 block of George Bush Blvd. (near 7-11). Bell has been returned safely to Boynton Assisted Living Facility.

EARLIER STORY:

A 69-year-old man walked away from Palm Beach County assisted living facility Wednesday morning.

Police are looking for Grady Austin Bell.

He was last seen at the Boynton Assisted Living Facility at 1708 N.E. 4th Street.

Police say he suffers from dementia and cataracts.

Bell is 5' 2' and weighs about 100 pounds.

The blue-eyed blonde was last seen wearing a white sweater, blue jeans and red sneakers.
