Palm Beach County Fire Rescue units were at the scene at 9858 S. Military Trail around 7:15 a.m.
First arriving crews discovered the vehicle, which had driven into a catchment pond with the driver still inside, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue spokesperson said Albert Borroto.
