Boynton Beach Police investigating body found in pool

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - The death of an elderly man in a pool on the 1900 block of South Federal Highway in Boynton Beach will be determined by a medical examiner, according to Stephanie Slater, spokesperson for the Boynton Beach Police Department.

She said her department no longer treating the death as suspicious.

The body was found around 10 p.m. at a senior center called Emeritus at Boynton Village.
