BOYNTON BEACH, Fl. - A Boynton Beach man was robbed at gunpoint by supposed buyers who he had contacted via Facebook to purchase a few items, police said.

The robbery occurred about 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of Manatee Bay Circle in Boynton Beach, police said.

The unidentified victim told police that he made arrangements to sell several items via Facebook to two buyers.

Those buyers came to his home and, once inside, pointed a handgun at him, police said.

The suspects ordered the victim to lie on a bed face down and cover his head with a blanket. While one robber held the victim at gunpoint, the other suspect took an XBOX 360 Elite, a cellphone, a car speaker, an Apple MacBook Air laptop and the victim's house key, police said.
