Boat repair shops targeted

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Three Boynton Beach boat repair shops were hit by thieves overnight Monday.
The Boynton Beach Police Department says about 7 outboard motor units were stolen off of nearly five different boats.
Business owners say each of the units costs about $5,000.
Authorities say more than $10,000 worth of miscellaneous boat items were also stolen.
An investigation is ongoing by the police department.
