Hail falls in Boca Raton, Loxahatchee and The Acreage

Hail fell in Boca Raton Friday afternoon during an afternoon thunderstorm.

A severe Thunderstorm warning was posted for Southeastern Palm Beach County around 2:45 p.m.

Several YouReporters sent in videos and photos of the hail.

An employee at Office Depot at 6600 North Military Trail noticed about quarter inch of hail or smaller.

YouReporter Olivia said large amounts of hail, up to 2 inches pelted the front door, filling the downspouts, and piling up on the front lawn.

YouReporter Kevin said hail also fell in The Acreage. And YouReporter Lori said hail fell in Loxahatchee around 4 p.m.
