The last thing a woman ending a work day expected was looking down the barrel of a gun.
But that's what happened Thursday in Boca Raton, according to a police report.
Police say the victim had arrived home just before 11 p.m. in the 500 block of NE 43rd Street when a man approached her asking for directions.
She told police he then pulled out a gun and demanded her car keys and drove off in her 2008 black Nissan Altima with Florida tag 881TFF.
She wasn't hurt but said her purse with cash and credit cards were inside along with an iPhone, iPad and laptop.
The suspect arrived in a light-colored two-toned car. The bottom was painted red and that car followed the Altima after it was carjacked, the victim said.
