OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, Fla. - Fire rescue crews have contained several wildfires in Okeechobee County over the weekend.

Accoding to the Division of Forestry, over 435 acres burned on Christmas Day and another 250 acres burned Sunday afternoon.

On Sunday, the fires were located at Prairie/Viking and Rocking K Ranch. 

 The fires destroyed three vehicles and forced residents of Viking Community to evacuate Sunday morning. 

All fires have been contained.
