Two pedestrians struck by car in Tequesta

TEQUESTA, Fla. - Two pedestrians were struck by a car near the 500 block of N. U.S. 1 in Tequesta, at approximately 7:40 p.m. according to Tequesta police.

Investigators say two white males in their 20's walked in front of a Lexus four door vehicle that was traveling northbound on US 1.

According to police, one of the pedestrians was transported by Trauma Hawk to St. Mary’s Medical Center in serious condition. The other was transported via ground to Jupiter Medical Center. 

Tequesta police are still investigating the details of the accident.
