PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- A slow but steady stream of voters are trickling into Palm Beach Gardens Tuesday to vote in the Republican presidential primary.
While groups walking into the polling place off Campus Drive are choosing differently, most of them share a common goal in their vote: "Anybody but Obama."
More than 200,000 Republicans are registered in Palm Beach County. More than 13,000 of them have already cast their ballot through the early voting process, plus another 7,000 through absentee votes.
Those numbers are similar to the 2008 primary election, where John McCain beat out Mitt Romney.
Voting officials expect today to be busy.
Florida's outcome is significant, as it's the first state this primary season to offer up a large number of delegates.
