Protesters were outside of Palm Beach Gardens High School this morning venting their frustration over being excluded from decision making processes.
The protesters were non-instructional employees in the Palm Beach County School District.
The SEIU Florida Public Services Union says those workers play a crucial role in providing a high quality learning environment, but their recommendations and input is often ignored.
The rally aimed to bring attention to their desire to gain "respect, dignity and equity."
The protesters included custodians, food service workers, para-professionals and bus drivers.
