PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Five cars were involved in an accident, with one vehicle rollover, on Florida's Turnpike, according Keith Bryer, spokesman for Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue.
The accident occurred just South of PGA Boulevard Sunday evening.
Bryer said the driver of the rollover was a man in his 60s. The driver had to be extricated from his vehicle and suffered minor injuries. He was transported to a local hospital.
The accident caused two lanes to be temporarily shut down. Emergency lanes remained open, said Bryer.
Florida Highway Patrol is conducting the investigation.
