PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- The Honda Classic gets in full swing today as the best of the best in the golf world hit the course at PGA National.
Public parking is at Dyer Park in West Palm Beach, on Haverhill Road North at the Beeline Highway. Golf fans should take I-95 to Blue Heron Boulevard West then head north on Haverhill Road.
Parking is $10 and a shuttle will get you to the course. Parking is free if you drive a Honda car.
Preferred parking is at Mirasol Elementary at PGA Boulevard and Jog Road, but fans need a special pass for that spot.
The first round of golfers teed off at 6:50 a.m. Tiger Woods will tee off at 12:30 this afternoon.
Woods hopes to win what many consider one of the toughest courses on the tour.
2010 PGA Tour Player of the Year Jim Furyk headlines morning tee times at 7:20. Y.E. Yang, former PGA Championship winner, starts his run at the course at 7:20 a.m. Rory McIlroy, the U.S. Open winner, tees off at 7:30 a.m. Defending Honda Classic champ Rory Sabbatini tees off at 7:40.
