Investigators say their suspect knocked off the Chase Bank at 2500 PGA Boulevard around 10:30 Tuesday morning.
They say he acted like he had a weapon and left with cash. He was last seen heading south on Prosperity Farms Road.
Police did not reveal how much cash he got away with.
They say the suspect is a white man, about six feet tall, and in his 30s to early 40s. He had a half-day growth of beard and was using a pink/purple cell phone.
Police released surveillance photos of their suspect.
