PALM BEACH GARDENS –– After searching for over an hour, authorities did not find a bomb at the north county courthouse on PGA Boulevard, a Palm Beach County Sheriff's spokesman said.

Everyone has been let back into the building.

Local authorities were at the courthouse, near the Gardens Mall, this afternoon investigating a report of a bomb, a sheriff's spokesman Dep. Eric Davis confirmed.

The courthouse was evacuated while sheriff's K-9 units searched the building, Davis said.

Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue crews and sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the courthouse, located at 3188 PGA Boulevard, at 12:43 p.m.

A man called the courthouse and said there was a bomb in the building, Davis said.
