PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. - Elin Nordegren, the ex-wife of Tiger Woods, is working on a home remodeling project. A LARGE remodeling project.

TMZ.com
reports she leveled her new $12 million mansion in North Palm Beach to build a dream home.

Apparently she wasn't thrilled with the 9,000 square foot, 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom pad.

TMZ says Nordegren hired a high-priced architect to build the new estate and every single worker is required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

The website says Elin is living in a nearby mansion inside the private community while the new place is under construction.
