JUPITER, Fla. - A diver went missing about three miles off the coast of Jupiter Saturday morning, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue spokesman Captain Albert Borroto.

Captain Borroto says an emergency call was received at 10:37 Saturday morning when five people diving from a 20-foot Contender reported the diver missing.

The male diver was later found in cardiac arrest.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue brought the private vessel to the docks at Square Grouper where paramedics performed CPR on the diver.

The diver was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center in guarded condition says Captain Borroto. He was awake and conscious upon arrival at the hospital.
