Improvements are being done in Jupiter, to honor the memory of a fallen officer.
Bruce St. Laurent was killed in September, while escorting President Barack Obama's motorcade.
Now the Jupiter Police Department and the town of Jupiter are joining together in St. Laurent's name, to better the community.
Before and after pictures on the department's Facebook page show they're already making a visible difference.
With the help of many local businesses and resident working through the "St. Laurent Poject" they
collectively just helped a couple update the exterior of their home.
The couple was reportedly having trouble doing the upkeep on the property due to their age and health issues.
