JUPITER FARMS, Fla. - JUPITER FARMS, Fla. - A man was injured Sunday night after being shot near the intersection of 155 Place North and 133 Terrace North in Jupiter Farms.
The victim was injured during an altercation with a single shooter, according to PBSO.
He was flown by Trauma Hawk to St. Mary's Medical Center.
The victim's injuries were classified as "Trauma Priority 2" while being transported.
According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, this means the medic who is evaluating the patient believes their injuries could be life-threatening. A "Priority 1" is the most serious and could mean CPR is in progress, while a "Priority 3" is the minimum type of alert.
