JUPITER, Fla. - One man is in custody and a second being sought by police with K-9 units following a noontime burglary that sent about six town police cruisers to the Jupiter Commerce Park.

The two men were burglarizing a home in the 100 block of Brier Circle just before noon today while the owners were inside. The owners came outside of the home yelling and the two suspects fled in a silver sports utility vehicle.

A neighbor followed the SUV to the commerce park, and phoned Jupiter police. Several police cruisers surrounded the SUV in the commerce park, right next to the Palm Beach Post office near the Golf Club of Jupiter off Central Boulevard, south of Indiantown Road.

The SUV was unoccupied, and police with K-9 units continue to search the area for the other suspect. No shots were fired and there were no injuries, said Jupiter Police Spokesman Sgt. Scott Pascarella.
