JUNO BEACH, Fla. -- The body that washed ashore in Juno Beach Monday morning has been identified as David Moore, the Virginia man swept into the ocean off Singer Island shores Saturday.
Fingerprints were obtained from the body and verified for identity, according to sheriff's office spokesperson Teri Barbera.
Moore's body was discovered washed up near the end of Seminole Boulevard.
Before his body was discovered, Moore, 49, was last seen standing in knee-high water near Ocean Reef Park.
