Child accidentally run over by grandfather in Tequesta

TEQUESTA, Fla. - A child is in the hospital recovering after police say he was accidentally run over inside of his grandfather's garage.

At 6:27 p.m.,Tequesta police received a 911 call about a toddler run over by a vehicle on Hickory Hill Road.

Police say when medics arrived, the child was conscious and breathing, but had notable injuries to body.

The little boy was rushed to St. Mary's Pediatric Trauma Center where he is recovering.
