Two people were taken to the hospital with stab wounds after an altercation outside of a Palm Springs nightclub early Saturday morning, according to Palm Springs Police.

The extent of their injuries is unknown.

The stabbing happened outside of the Tabu nightclub off the 2600 block of Forest Hill Boulevard around 3:45 a.m.

A large area of the shopping center parking lot is taped off because officers say the victims stumbled around after being stabbed.

The incident is under investigation.
