Two hospitalized after two semi-trucks and car crash on I-95 in Palm City

PALM CITY, Fla. -- Two people were hospitalized after an accident involving two semi-trucks and a passenger vehicle that temporarily blocked northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Palm City this morning.

Martin County Fire Rescue responded to the crash, south of Martin Highway, shortly after 6 a.m. when one semi-truck jackknifed across two lanes of the interstate closing down all traffic.

Florida Highway Patrol said lanes re-opened around 9 a.m. 

The two victims were transported to Martin Memorial Hospital North with non-life threatening injuries.
