Two patients were taken to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute's trauma center and a third to Martin Memorial Hospital South following a Saturday morning crash at the intersection of Kanner Highway and Lost River Road.
The two-vehicle crash was reported at 8:21 a.m., said Dan Wouters, Martin County Fire Rescue division chief. One patient was flown to Lawnwood, the other two taken to hospitals by ground ambulance.
