JENSEN BEACH — A Stuart man is facing 10 DUI related charges after crashing into trees, cars and garage in four different locations Friday evening, according to a Martin County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
Deputies charged Leroy Lee, 60, of the 50 block of Southeast Mead Place, with six counts of DUI with property damage, and two counts each of leaving the scene of a crash and driving under the influence, the report states.
Lee is accused of crashing into a vehicle in the driveway on Northeast 22nd Drive, occupied by a woman and her two year old son, the report states. After leaving the location, Lee then crashed into the garage area of a home on Northeast Pine Ridge Street. While leaving that scene he crashed into a into a tree at a neighboring residence and the tree fell on a parked car, the report states.
Next, Lee crashed into a vehicle on Northeast Dixie and Northeast Arch Street before crashing into a fence.
Lee was uncooperative with deputies, refused to answer questions, would not submit to a breath test, the report states.
As of Monday, Lee was being held at the Martin County Jail in lieu of $8,500 bail.
