MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. - A man accused of operating a grow house is under arrest in Martin County.

Detectives arrested Raymond Christopher Vega, Jr. early this morning in the 21-hundred block of Southeast Washington Street in Stuart.

The Martin County Sheriff's Office says investigators confiscated 149 pot plants, 1460 grams of packaged marijuana and digital scales, pruning equipment, and vacuum sealers.

The sheriff's office says the street value of the drugs is $150,000.

Detectives said the grow house was located in a single-family home that had elaborate lighting, ventilation, and irrigation systems.

They charged Vega with trafficking in cannabis and cultivation of cannabis.

He is being held at the Martin County Jail. Bond was set at $125,000.
