4 caught allegedly using drugs in parked car

STUART — An officer on patrol came across four men using drugs in a parked car about 9:40 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of South U.S. 1, police said.

According to arrest affidavits, the officer saw one of the four men using a credit card to cut up a powdery substance.

The four men taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance were:

Vincent Malandrino, 48, of the 1600 block of Northeast Nautical Place in Jensen Beach; William Chad Harris, 21, of Mayo (Lafayette County); and Trevan Zane Fisher, 23, and Logan Crump, 33, both of the first block of Southeast Ontario Street in Stuart.

Harris and Fisher also were charged with tampering with evidence.
