A traffic collision where two vehicles rolled over on Interstate 95 sent five people, including three children, to the hospital Friday night, Martin County Fire Rescue said.
The crash happened just after 9:30 p.m. on northbound I-95 near mile marker 106 in Palm City. Nine people were involved, including four who refused treatment at the scene, Martin County Fire Rescue spokesman Bill Schobel said.
The three children were transported by ground to St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach with critical injuries. Two other patients were transported to Martin Memorial South Hospital in Stuart, Schobel said.
Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol were working the scene late Friday night and no other information was immediately available
