INDIANTOWN, Fla. - It's the day many in Indiantown have been waiting for. The rodeo is returning to town.

Gates are set to open at 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday night, and the show will be begin at 7:30 p.m. at Timer Powers Park at 20652 SW Citrus Blvd.

Rodeos have been part of Indiantown's culture since 1947, at least.

Seven events will be featured each night, including bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, team roping and barrel racing.

Admission is $15 for adults, and children 12 and under at $8.
