Fight involving $400 in porn ends in charges against Hobe Sound woman, according to report

HOBE SOUND, Fla. -- A fight that erupted over a $400 porn bill wound up landing a Hobe Sound woman behind bars, according to a recently released arrest affidavit.
Robin Caccavale Bottieri, 51, told Martin County Sheriff's investigators April 23 that her boyfriend told her the cable had been turned off. She called the company and learned of an outstanding bill of $400 for "pornography shows."Bottieri, who eventually was arrested, confronted the boyfriend, who fessed up to ordering the adult entertainment. She got upset and spat on the boyfriend, who pushed her on the couch.
They started fighting, with the boyfriend grabbing Bottieri and Bottieri ripping off the boyfriend's shirt. Bottieri called 911 and the boyfriend left, though he was found nearby.
"He verified Bottieri's version of the events," an affidavit states.
Neither the genre of porn nor the names of the actor(s)/actress(es)/model(s) contained therein were listed.
Bottieri, of the 8400 block of Southeast Sunset Street in Hobe Sound, was arrested on a battery (domestic) charge.
