Elderly woman found at bottom of Port Salerno pool

PORT SALERNO, Fla. - An elderly woman is in critical condition at Martin Memorial Hospital South after she was found early Sunday afternoon face down at the bottom of a pool on Miles Grant Road in Port Salerno, according to Martin County Fire Rescue.
Witnesses pulled her out and performed CPR. Martin County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived and helped the woman.
Martin County Fire Rescue crews also responded to the incident and found the unknown victim had a pulse.
