INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies found more than 100 marijuana plants in a grow house Monday, the Indian River County Sheriff's Office said.

Jerry Combs, 61, of the 8700 block of 20th Street, Vero Beach, was charged with cultivation and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He remained at the Indian River County Jail Tuesday in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Deputies gave an informant $150 to go to Combs' home to purchase 14 grams of marijuana Monday, they said.

Deputies went to the home about 1:15 p.m. with a search warrant, the affidavit states. They found 112 plants in one of two mobile homes Combs was using, according to the affidavit.
